CNRA has consolidated referee administration. We are now in the South Region (the former District 1 and District 2).
CNRA is offering advanced referee training with top instructors. There are Region and State training events. Open to all referees.

CYSA-CCSL Rule Changes
U10 are now 30 minute halves
Substitution on throw-ins are "Me too" (when the team in possession initiates a substitution, the opposing team is also permitted to make substitutions)
